« Executive room is really so so and neither practical neither confortable. The in-room swimming pool is full of chlore and not really appealing. Finally, the restaurant was close. The only positive is the proximity with the bomb museum »

« We were unaware on our reservation through Hotels.com that our reservation included breakfast and dinner. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and dinner was basically the same every night - not what I am looking for in a vacation. Still the dinner is very good. Having said that, all the food is very Japanese, so not what all travelers can do.
The hotel itself is gorgeous with amazing amenities. The staff lovely although not too comfortable with English which is fine of course. We particularly...

« I absolutely loved my stay in Nagasaki at the Garden Terrace Hotel. The room was wonderful and view was amazing. Also all the food I had for breakfast and in the evening was fantastic. All this was complimented by a very friendly staff. This was my fourth trip to Japan and my visit to Nagasaki was one of the best experiences. »
