You will spot local wildlife, birds, and bugs during your stay—part of the charm of a rural environment. While we have regular pest control, we can’t fully prevent nature from making an appearance. We recommend bringing insect spray for your comfort.

Please note that no refunds will be issued due to the presence of insects or other aspects of the natural setting.

Some guests with non-AT&T carriers may experience spotty cell service in the area. Once connected to our high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi, you’ll be able to call, text, and browse as usual.

* Guests must sign a rental agreement online upon booking. It only takes a few minutes and ensures safe, proper use of the amenities.
* Check-in instructions will only be released once the rental agreement is signed.
* Pets are welcome — we allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs, with a maximum weight of 50 lbs per dog. No puppies, no cats unless pre-approved. Pets must be registered on the reservation.
* The pet fee is charged per dog, per stay. If you would like to request an exception for more than two dogs, please reach out to us in advance for approval — additional dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to an additional fee.
* Undisclosed pets will incur an additional fee.
* For the safety of our home and our guests, we have exterior security cameras in place. These help us monitor the property’s security and verify occupancy, including the number of guests and any pets on site.
