« The property was very homey feeling and reasonably priced but for as many units there are, parking was insufficient. It’s definitely if you get a spot don’t go anywhere because you might not have a spot when you come back. « Property is beat up!!!! Entrance is dimmly lit and hasn't been painted in years. Stairs to the third floor apartment are VERY steep and make it difficult to get even a small suitcase up there safely. Balcony has a nice chairs, cute cushions and a view but is rickety and has a really rough surface. It's in serious need of sanding and painting. The second set of stairs off the deck are also VERY steep. Bathroom has a low slanted ceiling and no mirror over the sink. There's one behind you...

« Our stay in Portland was great. Ride & Shine accommodations were great. The unit was clean and met our expectations, the location was perfect for us. We were able to explore the area in Portland. Rise & Shine hosts were great - their communication was great, they explained the check-in and check-out process and were attentive to our needs. We highly recommend others looking for a place to stay in Portland, ME. »

« GREAT place would go back in a heartbeat. My only add-on would be a microwave in the future, more so on an extended stay and leftovers lol. We reported a couple of SMALL issues and they replied rather quickly. We did not go to the Lake due to temps and not sure if I missed info on Lake access. All in all a 10 out of 10. This was our first Air B&B type experience and very happy! Also thanks for our nice surprises! »
