Includes wet bar and fridge, cozy living room, 50in TV, office desk, wifi, washer/dryer and backyard with lawn furniture, grill, fire pit and Hot Tub! Cooking appliances are available for use. Located in a quiet neighborhood within 10 minutes of the Flatirons, hiking trails, downtown Pearl Street, CU campus, and Folsom Football Field. 5 min drive to any services or 10 min walk to Table Mesa bus stop. Easy access to US-36 to Denver, DIA Airport, and Red Rocks. Bookings are allowed for a maximum of 29 nights.

This was a great place to stay in Boulder. It was fully stocked with all the amenities plus it had a whole library of DVDs! The beds were comfortable, towels and blankets were plentiful. The only thing that was a bit cramped was the bathroom with its itty bitty sink squeezed between the toilet and shower. But it worked. The kitchen was a bit crowded too during cooking but that was no big deal. All around very cozy and convenient.

Great little spot

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable spot. Max was very accomadating and helpful and we found it to be a very good place to camp for a few days.

Host was super responsive and communicative. This was a perfect place for my family to stay in Boulder for a family wedding! Great neighborhood, we enjoyed the outdoor space and hot tub!

Proximity to CU Boulder very convenient. We didn’t use the hot tub but nice that it was an option:) Very clean and had everything you need for a visit. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. We had a very pleasant stay! Thanks!

This private suite was even more perfect for us than I expected! I grabbed it as soon as I saw it because we wanted a pet-friendly place for 5 near CU Boulder for a family visit. The location and layout were indeed ideal (2 couples in the larger bedrooms and a single in the trundle bedroom; 7 minutes to CUB). In additional the common room was more spacious than I expected, very comfortable for hanging and playing games. Cute decor, stunning artwork. And the backyard area with hottub and more was lovely. We will try to get this place again when we're visiting with a group!

Unit clean, spacious and quiet. Owner was great at answering any questions that I had. Stayed the weekend for a family wedding close by. Would recommend it and would stay again if the opportunity arises.

Beautiful Boulder Base

Great stay and location! Perfect amount of space with a large and comfy couch. Loved the backyard space with multiple hang zones (fire pit, outdoor dining, and hot tub). Good communication with the host and easy to check in.

Great Spot for Family Fun

Our family of 5 recently visited Boulder and we had a pleasant, cozy, and comfortable stay here. The proximity is great - just a short drive to all the hot spots that Boulder has to offer. Comfortable beds and inviting backyard and my kids loved the DVD collection and we all enjoyed the hot tub.

Perfect for our family

Very nice place- the family was skeptical about a basement “apartment” but it was perfect for us. Plenty of room and the hosts puts a lot of effort into making it nice and comfortable. We highly recommend!

Easy, clean home base

I stayed here with my husband, mom and 1 year old daughter while visiting some family in Denver. We loved how spacious the place was and we felt very relaxed and at home there. The hot tub was a great touch too!

Perfect cozy place

Four of us stayed at this lovely spot in Boulder. It was exactly what we were looking for, it was clean had everything we needed. Quiet, beds were comfortable, Judy the dog was very nice. The hosts explanned everything, they were available if we needed anything, most importantly there were no surprises when we arrived. It was very lovely.

Wonderful stay

First time visiting Colorado and had a great time. Lauren and Max were great and their place was nice. They had a boom with things to do and local restaurants. They also had games we were able to play. I would highly recommend staying here!
