The Space:

With 204 sqm (2,200 sq ft) of living space, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests and offers generous indoor and outdoor areas designed for both gathering and unwinding.



The Space



Living Area:

The open-plan living space is spacious and filled with natural light. It features a large L-shaped sofa that seats the entire group, expansive windows with beautiful views, and a large flat-screen Smart TV with cable—ideal for shared downtime after a day at the beach.



Kitchen & Dining:

The fully equipped kitchen is thoughtfully laid out with quality appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare meals at home, including a coffee maker for easy mornings. Adjacent to the kitchen, a natural wood dining table comfortably seats six for relaxed meals together.

The apartment offers three well-sized bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests:

North Caicos and Middle Caicos offer deserted coastlines, ocean cliffs, and caves waiting to be explored. Having seen very little development, these two islands conspicuously lack the bustle of Providenciales and Grand Turk, and you’ll often have miles of beautiful beach to yourself, not to mention all the fun and adventurous activities! Catch the vibrant and colorful sunsets or go to the Atlantic side for sunrise.

Getting Around:

Important: You cannot drive directly from the airport to the property — you must take a ferry.



Island Access: North Caicos is accessible via a scenic 25-minute TCI Ferry ride from Providenciales, which runs daily from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. The ferry is your gateway to the island! Please book your ferry ticket after confirming your international flight arrival time.



Local Transportation: We highly recommend renting a car to fully explore the island’s beautiful beaches and hidden gems once you arrive.

Bottle Creek is slightly off the beaten path, near a peaceful national park. We recommend renting a car to explore the island.



North Caicos is about 12 miles northeast of Providenciales and accessible via a scenic 25-minute TCI Ferry ride, which runs daily from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. There are no commercial flights to North Caicos airport, so after arriving on your international flight to Providenciales, be sure to book your ferry reservation accordingly.



Check-In Experience:

No self check-in. Your in-person meet-and-greet awaits! Please notify us of your arrival time 24 hours in advance, and we'll be ready to welcome you and handle your check-in. You will need to climb stairs to access the property.



What to Expect:

Water Supply: As with many Caribbean islands, water pressure may vary during peak usage times. We appreciate your understanding as the island manages sustainable water resources.



Booking Requirements:

Upon confirmation, you'll receive a simple rental agreement. For some booking platforms (not ABB) a temporary security deposit hold is required and released after departure when terms are met.

Amazing value, convenient location.

Booked this somewhat last minute and glad we found it! Traveling with teens so it was nice to have room to spread out, the house is really quite large, we didn’t even really use the entire downstairs floor. Recently renovated and attractive. Good location in Bottle Creek, right near the Promenade which was nice for a daily walk. Lots of friendly goats to befriend! Easy drive to North shore beaches or to Middle Caicos. Dragon Cay on Middle Caicos is unbelievable and we went a few times. House had what we needed, we cooked at home quite a bit. Also very close to the only ATM On the island! Overall, highly recommend. And if price is a concern I don’t think you’ll find a better value anywhere on Provo, North or Middle!
