Wonderful Seaside Home-Even In The Winter

We were visiting Situate for my son’s wedding.8 adults and 6 children, ages 1 month to 7 years. We all fit comfortably and had a great time! It was very child friendly, yet lovely for adults and a short walk to the “Spit”, the community beach!

Beautiful holiday vacation!

Beautiful Neighborhood

Summer Wind Beach House was the perfect gathering spot for our family this past weekend. We were 7 adults and 4 children and we all were well accommodated with bedrooms and bathrooms. The modern kitchen was very well stocked to meet our needs; we appreciated the paper products and plastic cups especially for the children! Justin and Krissy's surprise Welcome Basket was a wonderful treat! Not wanting to take time to stop for provisions, the snacks and wine upon arrival were absolutely perfect for those of us traveling from PA, arriving late and needing something to tide us over till morning. It was such a thoughtful gift. The weather on Saturday was perfect so the large deck area was a great hangout space to keep an eye on the little children while still enjoying time catching up with each other. The playroom and basement play area were also a huge hit for the kids. Thank you Justin and Krissy for making our weekend reunion so enjoyable.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this property! It was great for 13 people with a few sharing a room. The view was great and the back porch was our favorite spot. Justin and Krissy were so amazing and left us the cutest treats. Thank you again!!

Wedding weekend away!

We had such a beautiful time in this home! We had a small gathering of friends and family to celebrate a wedding rehearsal and we couldn’t say one bad thing about this house. The location was beautiful, great parking, clean and spacious house. We had some kids with us and the downstairs toy room was perfect for them filled with games! A beautiful back porch and spacious dining/kitchen for memories to be made. We will definitely be staying here in the future and recommending to anyone staying in the area.

Perfect stay-cation!

My family and I stayed here for a short “stay-cation” during school vacation week and had a great stay! Everything was clean and as described in the listing. Hosts were extremely accommodating and easy to contact if needed. Plenty of space for all the kids and our family dog.

Comfortable and quiet house near the beach

Stayed here for a few nights with family. Super well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable layout with plenty of space and hideouts. Great playroom (with toys and games) for kids - and adults. Plenty of inviting seating. Solid wifi service. A short walk to Third Cliff beaches. A quiet neighborhood only a few minutes from the centers of Scituate and Marshfield. Very responsive and accommodating hosts!

Holiday House

This house was perfect for our family of 14. The house was needed for a us to spend Thanksgiving all under one roof vs a hotel and attend our son's football game at Boston College on Black Friday. The location is perfect as a beautiful get-away to enjoy the holiday and only about an hour from BC. The town has everything we needed and having the commuter rail was a big plus with family coming in via Logan from Texas. The owners were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

Amazing

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and everything exceeded our expectations. Justin and krissy were always quick to answer our messages and the house was absolutely spotless for us! It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was so charming and the ocean view was incredible. Perfect for families

This home is in an amazing location. My family and I were looking for a home to stay in while attending a celebration of a loved one. This home was perfect. Family ages ranged from 2 1/2 to 65. Something here for everyone. Ocean views and sunrises, fire pit, toy room and big back yard for kids and everyone can walk to the beach! Justin and Krissy were quick to answer questions and were fantastic hosts!

Family trip

We planned a trip to Boston, with 3 generations of family. Scituate is a great place easy to get to Boston of the Ferry and short drive to Plymouth. The property has a sense of sit and rest a while , we walked to the beach, kids jumped in the waves hung around the house we played board and card game roasted marshmallows at the fire pit. Chartered a fishing excursion… This is one our very favorite VRBO rentals Thank you!
