Whether you travel for outdoor adventure, beach time, family bonding or just hanging out, this gorgeous two-bedroom home – just minutes away from the beach and Encore Casino and less than 20 minutes from the city center – was lovingly renovated and outfitted to curate an experience of being at home, at peace, and surrounded with quiet beauty. Restaurants, Grocery Store, Pharmacy and other conveniences within minutes walk.

Renovated in 2023 - This space has two large bedrooms (one king and one queen sized) with plenty of easy plug-in space for your devices, and drawers, luggage stands and hangers in the closets for your convenience. It has a beautiful, open eat-in kitchen with an island that seats three, fully stocked for cooking and baking, and enough dishware to keep you moving without doing the dishes all day long. Central heat and air conditioning keeps you cool.

The dining room seats 6 and there`s a cocktail cabinet fully equipped with tumblers, wine and martini glasses and a mixology set for the refined bartender.

The living room has a 60-inch tv with Netflix and Disney+ provided and a pull-out queen-sleeper sofa (you won`t believe the mattress - inflatable with memory-foam topper that sleeps like a luxury hotel).

I am on site and will be available throughout your stay to offer any help and support you require.

Quiet urban neighborhood in historically working-class area. Very diverse and friendly with lots of nearby restaurants.

Here`s some ideas for nearby fun and entertainment:
➤ The City of Boston (20 Min) offers excellent tourism, history-chasing and nightlife
➤ Revere beach (15 Min) for people-watching, sunbathing, kite-surfing and paddle-boarding
➤ The Wynn Encore resort (10 Min) for gambling and fine dining
➤ Artisan Imbibing - Multiple micro-breweries distilleries and taprooms within 10 minutes

Street parking is easily available in the neighborhood and I also have a couple great parking secrets.

For very local travel without a car, the MBTA bus is right in front of the house and a mile ride to the city’s train system, and there are BLUE bikes nearby as well.

As an FYI - this listing is on the second floor and there are stairs also to street level. Expect to climb about 25 stairs to go in and out.

This is a space I`m super proud of. I really worked hard to make this unit as comfortable and beautiful as I would make my own home and look forward to providing anything more that can make your stay more comfortable.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

By booking with us you agree to follow our house rules during your stay:
- This space is owner-occupied so noise and disruptions will be immediately dealt with
- Please don’t set thermostat above 70 degrees.
- Please don’t wash cookware in the dishwasher.
- please remove white quilted pillows from bed while sleeping - these are decorative. Don’t remove the shams during check-out.
- Please maintain courtesy during adult activities – Damage/stains to sheets, towels etc. which are unable to be fully removed will be charged at the cost of replacement + 30%.
- Quiet Hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, please respect others in the home.
- No Smoking. An additional $250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs in the home.
- No pets allowed.
- Maximum of 6 guests. No unapproved guests are allowed. There is a $100/night extra guest fee per night for each unreserved/unapproved guest. (validated by external cameras)
- Please follow the check-out instructions before you depart.
- You have read and agree to our cancellation policy. You agree to purchase travel insurance or trip protection to reimburse you for unexpected events or trip interruptions.
- Damaged or missing items - Original cost of the item plus a 30% replacement management fee
- No Parties, gatherings, or unapproved guests allowed in the home at any time. $1000 USD Fee for any unapproved gatherings/events.
