The space
Step in from our private front entrance and you will be greeted by a stunning gallery of some of Boston’s most picturesque places.

What our guests love about our listing:

-The gel memory foam queen beds with down-filled pillows and comforter keeps you feeling like your sleeping in the clouds.

-Our home features a lounge couch which is not only for sleeping an extra guest, but is also perfect to snuggle up in one of the many extra blanket for a cozy movie night on the large 50” smart TV with a bowl of popcorn.

-The space was designed with children in mind, providing toys (Duplo Legos, lacing boards, puzzles, board games and books) for all ages, a highchair, step stool, and a pack-n-play with a 2" Memory foam mattress and all organic cotton crib sheet and blanket, making sure they have the best environment to thrive, by reducing harmful household toxins and having a beautiful yet secure place to stay….so as a parent you can truly kick back and relax.

-Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure that every surface, linens and towels are washed with natural environmentally friendly cleaners and disinfected with hot steam. BONUS – Bleach/Toxic/Fragrance-free.

-In the summer, the whole house is cooled by window air conditioning units in every room, which allows each guest set their preferred temp for optimum comfort.

-Our house is conveniently located only 3min from Rt.1 where you can find anything you need (ie. restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment, craft, hardware, etc.) and only 15min from Boston’s Major Attractions.

-Easy self check-in via secure door keypad.

-Secure 2 car off street parking, can park up to 4 cars if double parked.

-Lightning fast WIFI on our large 50” SMART TV which features complementary Netflix.

-Complementary breakfast includes oatmeal, regular and decaf coffee, and a variety of teas.


What some of our guests don’t like about our listing:
-There is no included yard in the provided guest space, the owner reserves this for their own use. However this house features a nice covered porch area with seating for enjoying time in the fresh air. There are also many attractions very close to get out and stretch restless limbs- including a zoo, peaceful hiking trails which you can see the Boston skyline from, parks, and indoor obstacle courses and escape rooms, all easily found with the help of our guest guide book.
-Our home is a multi-family property which means there is a potential for noise and sounds of footsteps from the apartment above where the owner lives. These spaces are completely separate with their own private entrance and the only space shared between them is the basement laundry area.

Our home comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. All our rooms feature queen beds and the bonus room is equipped with a brand new queen sofa bed with an included memory foam topper.
All beds are made with freshly cleaned linens.
Enjoy complimentary wireless internet with Netflix, tea, coffee, and oatmeal during you stay.
The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as microwave, fridge, stove, and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you’ll feel like you’re simply staying at your own home.
Guest access
You have full and total access to our home during your stay, including the covered front porch and off-street parking area. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you dream of in our fully stocked chef’s kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to Square One Mall or any of the shops minutes away on Rt.1 or the downtown Boston core.
Other things to note
There is keyless entry to the home with a unique door code which will be provided to you after you book with us.

We have exterior cameras on both the front and side of the house that record to the cloud 24/7 for security purposes.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with less than 10 reviews or a lower rating than 4.5 star overall rating will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guest with new profiles with less than 10 reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questions and may be required to pay $750 security deposit (which is refundable) before reservation may be confirmed.

The back yard and side barbecue patio is off limits to guests.
