Assez grande pour accueillir une famille Ć©largie, cette belle maison de ville rĆ©cemment rĆ©novĆ©e en 2017 se trouve en plein cœur de Southie. Ceci est une unitĆ© au 3ĆØme Ć©tage qui a 2 niveaux. L'unitĆ© a stĆ©rĆ©o son surround, WiFi gratuit et cĆ¢ble.

Le 1er Ʃtage comprend un salon Ơ aire ouverte, une belle cuisine lumineuse, un salon avec tƩlƩvision, un moniteur vidƩo pour la porte d'entrƩe, 2 chambres Ơ coucher, deux avec balcon donnant sur l'aire de jeu de Sweeney (parc du film Good Will Hunting), et 1 salle de bain.

2ĆØme Ć©tage a une grande chambre des maĆ®tres avec lit Queen, canapĆ©-lit Queen et une grande salle de bain principale. La deuxiĆØme chambre, qui est une "style loft", a un lit Queen, une vue sur la ville et une tĆ©lĆ©vision.

ƀ quelques pas des transports en commun et de Broadway. ƀ distance de marche du quartier portuaire et du centre-ville de Boston. Une voiture n'est pas nĆ©cessaire car il y a beaucoup de transports en commun et tout est si proche. Si vous avez une voiture, nous offrons un parking gratuit pour un maximum de 2 voitures!

Great location, comfortable, well equipped, rapid answers from host, close to restaurants and the city (walkable), highly recommended for a city appartment which comes with many amenities and the hussle & bussle of being in a somewhat noisy city environment with action including Logan airport's planes flying over the appartment.

The place was spacious. GoodLocation. We were not able to use the internet which was a bummer. Host was not friendly in the beginning but then was better at trying to help us with the internet. Bedrooms overlook a basketball court and could be loud during the night. Also the lights were bright on the court. Parking was great. Overall we had a good time.

Great house for our family group in town for BU Graduation! Hotel prices are outrageous for Grad time in Boston. The remodel on this 100year old building is super clean and modern. Kitchen and baths were perfect for our needs. A quick walk up to Broadway and you will find great food, coffee, market. Our host was so responsive and helpful to our needs...thank you!!! His help truly made a difference in our stay. Some reality check notes...if you want true "luxury" you'll need to pay thousands more for a hotel, this is more cozy, clean home feeling.Prepare for stairs...we were with the grandparents and all the stairs were slightly a challenge. Keep in mind all luggage needs to go up flights of stairs.Bring eyemasks/earplugs for better sleep...drapery is not blackout and loft room can hear everything.Ride shares arrived very quickly and easliy most times.A word of advice to future Grad families...allow 1.5-2 hours to get to large Grad ceremonies. The entire city seems to have a ceremony to get to in May.Thanks for the stay :)

It was a good spot for two families to stay, two beds and a bath up and down. Had pans to cook for a couple of people, and there is a little grocery nearby, so you can cook some meals at home Half a mile-ish to the T, but a bus stop was available to get there, if you didnā€™t mind the wait. If you are going to eat in the neighborhood-make reservations! Manager was available when communication was needed.

The house was beautiful and nicely appointed. Walking distance to great restaurants and attractions. Communication with manager was excellent. Very responsive. Two things to noteā€¦it is a 3rd floor with narrow steps. Worked fine for us but if someone in your group is mobile challenged take note. Also, the airport is close and the house is in the morning flight path starting at 5:30. Again, not a big deal for us but light/late sleepers might have an automatic alarm!

The place is great. A few thoughts. The three story walkup to the place was a surprise to us. One of our friends had a very difficult time going up and down. It wasn't apparent that that was the case. Also in the bathroom the first floor, the vent on the ceiling is very dirty, so I would get up there and clean it. That eeked me out. The house was in a great location next to plenty of restaurants, a grocery store and public transportation. We had a group of six and there was plenty of room. A few problems with the house: The property was lacking cleanliness. Mold in the shower and visible dirt on floors close to the walls in the bathrooms. The house is sparsely furnished. No bed side tables and no lamps so with only overhead bright lighting. The furniture in the home lacks and the dining chairs are plastic folding chairs. The couch itself is stained but has a cover on it. The couch pillows are spotted with stains. You also have to walk up two tight flight of stairs and once inside climb another to get to the top floor of the home.

The apartmentā€™s location and size were great, but itā€™s by no means a luxury accommodation. We had a bit of an issue with ants getting into our food and some general cleanliness problems. That being said, when I let the host know that some of our group was unhappy with the state of the apartment upon arrival, he responded quickly and came to clean the unit the next day. Overall, we had an okay-to-good stay and the keypad lock was great since we had a large group

We enjoyed our time in Boston. There is so much to do & see. This house has a great location to restaurants, downtown & the waterfront. We are not big city people so we are not used to being in a smaller space. For the 6 of us the community area: kitchen, dining room & living room, all-in-one felt cramped. Like a studio apartment. This house is directly in the flight path of the airport depending on which runway is being used. Airplanes go over every 30-90sec starting @5am. We experienced this 2 of our mornings. Right next to the house is a park, it has a basketball court. While we were there people played until midnight one night & 2am another. We could hear every bounce and word they said (only on the 2nd level). I donā€™t know if our boys are hard sleepers, or if the lower floor is more soundproof. I would not recommend this home to families with either grandparents or young children. There is no elevator. The stairs spiral, they are narrow & steep. In addition to the stairs, not knowing how insulated the walls/floors were we were constantly worried that we were bothering someone. Having a neighbor under us & next to us was a bit nerve wracking since our kids are early risers & we have 4 from 7-12, they can be loud. We never heard the neighbors.

The condo was clean, beautiful and in a fabulous location for catching the T or driving to sights downtown. Having an off-street parking spot was a huge convenience and our kids enjoyed the playground next door. The host was thoughtful and hospitable, even stocking the fridge with bottled water. Our family enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Jackā€™s place. After spending 5 days in Vermont on a walking Inn to Inn tour it was great to get to this Southie townhome for some rest and relaxation. Jack was amazing at communicating with us and offered great advice! We would definitely stay here again! Fantastic place and location!
