About Your Accommodations at CityScape
CityScape is a 3 floor townhouse with off-street parking and private entrance. No shared spaces.

First Floor: the first floor is an open living space that spans the entire floor - the space flows from the kitchen, past the dining table and breakfast bar to the living room. The kitchen has beautiful, new stainless full-sized appliances: french-door fridge, dishwasher, full stove with full sized oven, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, utensils, pots and pans. Guests can easily cook and eat meals here. Spacious and open for fun gatherings - some can be watching TV while others prepare a yummy meal - and all can enjoy each other's company! For your convenience, the main level also hosts a powder room (half bath).

Second Floor hosts one of the three bedrooms and the full bath. The 2nd floor bedroom has a queen bed, bedside table with lamp and a closet with drawers.. The newly renovated full-bath has a 3-foot by 3-foot corner walk-in shower. The shower has a rain shower head and a hand-held sprayer.

Third Floor hosts two of the three bedrooms. Both 3rd floor bedrooms have a queen bed, a full sized closet with built-in shelves and drawers. Beside the bed is a bedside table with lamp.

Great place to stay! Just close enough to the city but also far enough for peace and quiet. Cute and friendly neighborhood. Dunkin on the corner (2 doors down!) came in clutch! Highly recommend the Colombian bakery next door to Dunkin. Only knock are the beds. They are SUPER hard. We checked out two days and I’m still having back pain trying to get used to a softer bed again after 5 days in that bed. The couch was more comfortable to sleep on but there’s only one. Smooth process to get in and out! Pictures of “cityscape” area aren’t specific to the neighborhood, just FYI. Still cute and a nice little park behind. We would book again for sure, we would just have to buy mattress toppers.

I wish I could say more positive things about this place but our stay was unfortunately less than stellar. Even prior to our arrival, communication with the property manager seemed very automated. I inquired about the possibility of checking in a couple hours early due to our flight coming in early and was told this was only possible by adding an additional day to our reservation. When we received check-in instructions, it clearly said the entry code would work for all doors. This was not true. The front door keypad was nonfunctional and the front door latched only with locking the deadbolt. Upon entering the property, the smell of marijuana was incredibly strong. only got worse as we ascended to the bedrooms, and was so bad in the third bedroom we had to keep the door closed. The manager was readily reachable by text, and came out the next day with an "ionizer" which helped minimally. Additionally, the beds were the most uncomfortable things any of us had ever slept on. While the listing did state there was a "starter pack" of amenities, we would have preferred hand soap in the bathrooms instead of a bottle of champagne that we didn't touch.The best thing we can say about our stay was the Dunkin' practically outside the door as well as the pizza joint across the street and McDonald's just a block away.

Very nice place, clean but very noisy, neighbors loud, lots of banging until well into the night. The beds were hard which we had seen from other reviews but we brought foam toppers and made a big difference. The living room furniture was also not the most comfortable and not a lot of spots for people to sit and relax. Loved having off street parking and location was good with convenience store and Dunkin in walking distance.

Location was great, right by the bus line to get downtown. The place was very, very clean and the kitchen was adequately equipped except for a decent frying pan. The beds are extremely firm if that’s to your liking. We really appreciated the off-street designated parking. That was a huge plus. Check out was really easy. I would recommend this host.

Clean, bright, new, comfortable, excellent space. Really appreciated the welcome package. The kitchen is very well stocked with spices and other perks. The book of instructions on the counter is clear and helpful. Nice area, easy walk to pizza and Dunkin. Appreciated the owner accommodating our Sunday time request Would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home, spacious, clean, warm, and cozy. Enough space for a family of 5. The neighborhood was easy to find and navigate. The mattresses were not as supportive as we’re used to but we didn’t go to Boston/Chelsea to sleep. The shower was excellent. The owner lives close by which came in handy when the smoke detectors went off on our first night and we couldn’t figure out why. He was prompt in making sure we were safe and the house wasn’t burning and then proceeded to take care of the faulty detector. Only real downside is having a single tv and a toddler which means we could only watch toddler shows on the tv and had to stream shows on phones or tablets/laptops. Parking was good with a private driveway. Close by to all major sites and attractions in Boston and only 10-15 minutes from Logan International.

The Chelsea house is a great place to stay. It is a great location to visit Boston. There are some local eateries within walking distance plus a Dunkin Donuts. The house was very clean and had all the amenities you’d need. The bedrooms are on the second and third floors. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, parking for 2 cars, little extras like spices and tin foil were there. The only negatives were there was no hand soap (provided an oversight) and the beds were not very comfortable (most rentals are not) Would definitely stay again and do recommend

We enjoyed our stay very much, it was close to a large supermarket for any daily items and easy access to Boston. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for a family of six people. Nicely remodeled! However, the beds were all queens so our teenagers had to share beds. Watch your head when you go downstairs to do laundry. Central AC was not working and upstairs window AC unit looked quite old. Overall a nice stay, will recommend to friends and family.

After I got over the initial discovery that I wasn’t staying in a brownstone, I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrades completed to this property. The three bedroom, 1.5 bath property allowed plenty of space for my family of five to spread out. The AC was broken so we needed to use window units but it was thankfully not too hot during our visit. It was an easy drive into the city and surrounding areas. We would stay again.

Wanted to site see and enjoy the city and this was a perfect home. We were able to get to all sites in a timely fashion. The house was amazingly clean and the furniture was modern. Check in was super simple. Many places to eat in walking distance. The Peruvian restaurant (TAMBO 22) was close and excellent food. Our 11 year old loved the place and the big tv in the living room was appreciated. Bathroom was spacious.
