  • Our fully loaded one bed is centrally located in Boston's North End (Little Italy) on land that was previously American Patriot Paul Revere’s bell foundry. The unit features a spacious roof deck with a premium grill and hot tub. It is within 10 minutes walking distance to 50+ restaurants, TD Garden, the Freedom Trail, and the subway. It is also within walking distance to the Boston Common/Public Garden and many of Boston’s most I visited attractions.

    This clean, comfortable, and centrally located one bedroom apartment is the perfect home base to explore and enjoy Boston. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, a peninsula with a built in wine fridge and seating for two, and cooking essentials, including dishware, pots and pans, utensils, and pantry basics.

    The living area adjoins the kitchen and includes a futon, lift top coffee table, two chairs, and a "smart TV" with streaming services (Amazon Prime, Netflix, YouTube, etc.).

    In the bedroom, there is a comfortable queen size bed with a memory foam topper, a large closet (with hangers, an iron and small ironing board, and suitcase rack), a dresser, and a full length mirror.

    We supply shower essentials, towels, and a hair dryer.

    Please note that there are 8 exterior stairs and two sets of interior stairs leading up to the apartment and that there is no elevator.

    Our large roof deck has two comfortable couches, a dining table, premium grill, and hot tub.

    Within ten minutes walking distance, you will find several subway stops, a full-service grocery store, many smaller grocery stores, 50+ restaurants, the Freedom Trail, TD Garden, the Harbor Walk, Faneuil Hall, and Quincy Market. Also within walking distance, you can also explore the Boston Common/Public Garden, Bunker Hill, State House, Financial District, Theater District, Beacon Hill, Seaport, and a few breweries. Fenway Park, Back Bay, Harvard Square, and the Museum of Fine Arts are a short T ride away.

The best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at and we’ve booked VRBOs all over the world. Beautifully designed, looks likes it was updated yesterday, super clean, very well appointed and the hosts we so responsive to all of our questions. The rooftop patio was a huge bonus. The location was perfect for exploring Boston and great food in the North end. We LOVED IT.

We had a great stay. Host provided wonderful directions on everything to use in unit and also left recs for area. Location was perfect and unit was clean and comfortable. We had room to spread out and use of rooftop deck and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

Could not have been more satisfied with this stay. Chris and Samantha have such an eye for all of the details that make a stay comfortable. The private roof deck with hot tub is amazing (as is the cool electric window/door used to get to the deck!). The place was immaculate and uncluttered (but still somehow had every item we needed). Location in the North End was excellent...close to all the restaurants (but not so close that it's noisy) and also right by the water for lovely harbor view walks. Can't wait to come back!

The place was very clean and in a perfect location. Many very great restaurants and stores within walking distance and the hosts couldn’t have been any easier to work with. Highly recommend this location for a trip to Boston!

The apartment ln Little Italy was amazing. Great location to local restaurants and attractions. Chris and Samantha were amazing hosts and very helpful to my husband and me. They had a great book that was well done listing restaurants, attractions and how to work certain things in the apartment. This is an amazing property and would stay here again.

Quiet and Convenient

What a great place in the North End! Samantha and Chris were such gracious hosts and the place was super! It was spotless, quiet, nicely appointed, and had everything we needed. The roof deck and views were icing on the cake! I’d highly recommend it and would definitely book again.

Loved the Rooftop Deck and Views!

This was by far our best stay through VRBO. Samantha and Chris went above and beyond by providing tons of detailed information about recommended restaurants to eat, best local bread, things to do, etc. The place was immaculate and the roof deck hot tub provided a welcome respite after a grueling marathon. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Great place in North End

This little place is a gem. Easy walking distance to all the great restaurants, bakeries, and historical sites in the North End. Loved the rooftop patio with harbor views. Close to north station for a day trip to Salem. Owners are very helpful and responsive.
