« Everything as expected with the accommodation, great communication throughout from the owners. Great location for beach, Ingoldmels, Skegness or travelling further up and down the coast. »

« Just what you need for a weekend away »

« Overall clean, welcoming, cosy and well appointed. We liked the decking area with gate, useful for sitting out and for the dog to sit outside safely. We couldn't work the oven so instructions in kitchen would have been good. Otherwise we were very happy with everything. »

« Very Clean, enjoyed every minute of our stay in this chalet felt very at home. The beds were made perfect and the rooms have everything you need in them so there's no need to pack too much on you're trip Warm and cosy, easy parking too although you can walk to most shops as its in walking distance Honestly didn't want to leave, will definitely be booking again in the future. »

« Lovely clean caravan, close to everything. Communication was great »

« The resort was good, caravan very comfortable and accomodating. Good facilities for dogs. My only complaint is that having been told : Items included in my booking are : Tea towel, Anti bac spray, J cloth, Sponge, Basic toiletries, combined bodywash/shampoo in pump dispenser, 2 toilet rolls. Due to expecting the above, we didn't bring our own. No Tea towel, no Jcloth or sponge,no antibac spray or basic toiletries. We did have 2 toilet rolls and some soap in one of the bathrooms. »

« The caravan its self was ok. a little dated and obviously had dogs in there before we were there. However the communication with Linden Lodgings who look after the booking is shocking. I have been trying to get the damage deposit back from them for 11 days now with no communication back at all. The communication with Hazel has been awful from the point of booking. Not picking up the phone nor responding to emails »

« Excellent location near to the beach, fairground, shops, bars and coffee shop. The Caravan is very homely, we did struggle with the temperature of the shower. Would definitely book again. »
