« Avoid if the caravan is owned privately. We stayed her last year and had a great time, with all facilities passes included in the price. This year we upgraded for a hot tub, but the experience was very poor as the owner is not the venue itself.
No passes provided, so no access to some bars and any evening entertainment.
Hot tub did not work. Owner made no effort to resolve.
Wifi did not work. Owner made no effort to resolve.
Cutlery and cheese grater in drawers found to be dirty....

« This was the best caravan that we’ve ever stayed in,it had all the amenities you get at home, dishwasher, fridge freezer, big tv was superb, with loads of channels,we had a problem where the gas bottle ran out, which was replaced immediately the morning after, the owner was a pleasure to deal with, and if we stay in that area,we will definitely stay there again »

« Disappointing check-in experience
Unfortunately, my experience with this property was very disappointing, particularly the check-in process.
Before arrival, I was asked by the property owner to make an additional payment directly to a bank account. I was uncomfortable with this method of payment as it was outside the normal booking process and did not provide the same level of protection or reassurance as paying through the booking platform.
I contacted the property to try to clarify the...

« So shops are near by as are arcades etc but the van its self needs updating. It hadn't been cleaned much as there was sand in bathrooms, dirt up the sides near dinner table cob webs etc etc but as we was staying one night we felt with it. Tho 1 bathroom the floor felt unsafe and the roof in living room looks as if bowing. »

« Just spent 3 nights here, nice cosy and clean. Caters to most, few mod cons however we did have issues with tv but we do like to watch Netflix etc (that's just us, each to there own) . From previous stays at different places you usually get a welcome booklet/sheet which would have helped a little but any issues you have just contact host (Simon) Nothing bad to say about our stay tbh, good value for price maybe could use a little tlc (again me being a bit picky) but we did enjoy our stay which...
