« We had a very good time. Emanuele and Francesco were very welcoming and gave us good tips to discover the city. Yuki and Lenu are lovely cats <3. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the subway, making it very easy to go to Manhattan. I recommend this place and would stay again. »

« We were dismayed when we arrived and the place isn't as nice as the photos suggest (some nice furniture was gone). One of the beds had soiled sheets on it and was dirty on the floor around it. The property manager sent a cleaner over two days later, but that person who needed to stay in that bed had to find other accommodations. When we asked for the manager to cover the hotel costs for our one guest, they refused.There were other small issues with the house like the front door locks, kitchen...

« Listing was not as advertised, in an unsafe neighborhood, requested separate rental agreement (which would be fine) but an additional requirement for card documentation for their file, implying a duplicate charge. When I tried to cancel our 5 night stay (online, via phone, and through email) after nearly being accosted by 3 strangers upon our entry, I was immediately denied and told 'no refund', 'can't cancel' and 'its not known (locally) as a safe place'. Ridiculously poor customer service...

« The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help. « The apartment is exactly as described! Very clean. Perfect location. Close to grocery stores and liquor stores. It is a bit noisy from outside noise, but what place isn’t in New York? So bring some ear plugs. Definitely worth the rental price!! We could not have been any happier with this rental! »

« My daughter and I came into town for a couple of Yankees games. Saturday we went into Rimes Square. My husband (her father) died in February 2024 and we needed a couple of days away from home just to recharge. Our hotel provided a home feeling in a hotel room. Thank you so much!!! »

« Overall it was a decent stay. The code to get into the main bustling did not work for us so we had to call. On the 2nd and 3rd night of our stay, the fire alarms kept going off because people were smoking weed in the stairwells. The hallways overwhelmingly smelt of weed, however when the maids came to clean certain rooms, it took the smell out. We also had, I think a homeless person, get into the husking and was screaming in the stairwell one of the nights. »

« The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The only thing I was turned off was the smell of weed that was throughout the entire building and the elevator. I don’t believe people in general respect the sign "No Smoking." Unless this applies to only cigarette smoking lol. Regardless, the apartment building was quiet and safe, amidst the area where is located. »

"A 3 minutes du metro et 3 stations de Times Square! Chambre bonne grandeur renove ; belle toilette…l’exterieur et le lobby sont assez vieillots et un peu moches!! Vue sur la ville pour les chambres plus chers seulement;quartier correct et avec 2-3minutes pour se rendre a l’hotel donc sans inquietude!!!!donc pour le prix 165$ca bien satisfaisant!"

"Week-end inoubliable. L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans un quartier vibrant, rempli de bons restos, de bars sympas et d’une vraie petite vie de quartier. On s’y sent en sécurité à toute heure du jour et de la nuit. La terrasse sur le toit offre une vue imprenable sur l’Empire State Building — un vrai coup de cœur ! En quelques minutes à pied, on atteint un superbe quai avec une vue magnifique sur Manhattan. Autour de l’hôtel, il y a plein de petites épiceries et de boutiques branchées. L’endroit parfait pour profiter de New York autrement. Je recommande à 100 % !"
