« Host was accessible before and during our stay. Home was easy to find, close to walk downtown, fish nearby streams, and condiments already in the home made cooking for the three of us a breeze. Appreciated the laundry facilities and entry area where we could suit up and get out of wet gear. Highly recommend this VRBO. »

« The property was absolutely gorgeous with amazing views. Very clean home with all kinds of unique character inside the house. We had a party of 5 and there was plenty of room for gathering together and also enough room that we never felt cramped. The ocean view was stunning and the sound of the waves crashing against the the rocks all day and night, was like having a built in lullaby. I would highly recommend this for larger groups. »

« Amazing waterfront location! Very clean space with all needed amenities. We loved going down to the beach every morning to search for sea glass. The trampoline was a fun way to get some extra energy out. The porch is covered, which allowed us to dine al fresco even in the rain. We would definitely recommend this place to friends, and would stay again if we went back to Kodiak. »

« Group of 8 and we were mountain running. We needed a full kitchen to cook 3 meals a day and quality beds for quality sleep. We got it! We’ll be back next year! »

« Close to downtown, right on the channel, beautiful views, essentials many other home owners won’t provide to out-of-town/state renters such as sugar, paper towels, napkins… even grains, homemade jam and packets of oatmeal. Very comfortable home, quiet neighborhood with frequent passes by seals and sea otters. Loved it and would highly recommend. »

« The host provided very quick responses to any questions I sent, along with very clear instructions regarding the property. The home is very well stocked with anything you could need and is very nicely set up with the amount of beds, linens, towels, etc. Highly recommend. »

« Well, I almost dont want to do a great review to keep the GEM of a house off the radar. The only thing this house lack is Reviews! Best stocked kitchen ever, every spice, cooking and baking gadget you can image...mixers, blenders etc. I used to run 5 of these and this place rivalled my best home for kitchen items. « We had 14 family members covering three generations for a week fishing. Huge well equipped kitchen offered plenty of space. Two bedroom mother-in-law apartment added extra privacy. The property also includes a very large well-maintained, hot tub, which is not pictured on the listing and was a very welcome surprise. »
