« Had problems with getting into property, code would not work and could not get in touch with anyone, had to sit outside of property for a while before some one finally got in touch with us. Finally had to use key to access property. Also contacted about a month before arrival for changing dates to stay said it would not be a problem, but i got charged for the extra day, they said they would look into it never heard a word. Not real happy. »

« While half of the block on this street looked questionable, the half that this house is situated appears nicely updated and friendly. The house was thoughtfully decorated and stocked with the necessities the four of us needed. The game room and puzzles were a great plus as was the close proximity of the house to all parts of Louisville. The house was very clean and easy to get in and out. The upstairs wall A/C unit was perfect for the daytime heat and doable to not use during the June evenings....

« The overall experience was pretty good. If booking just be mindful that the property is in a not as safe area of the neighborhood. Also a thing to keep in mind that it’s a shared property so getting hot tub time might be a challenge if there’s others on the property, and if you have mobility issues with stairs they are super steep just keep that in mind! Over all communication was great! »

"Nous avons été accueillit par un un sympathique jeune homme, la chambre était spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est complet et diversifié si vous restez plusieurs jours. Points négatifs, les mouchoirs et le sopalin ne sont pas remplacés et nous avons eu des fonds de boîtes à notre arrivée (dommage)."
