The front door was very difficult to open and close, my family felt unsafe and did not want to stay due to being unsure if the door would stay closed and locked while we were there. The accommodation was not clean, I booked for 4 people but one towel was missing, the bathroom door is broken, the provided sheets were left crumpled in the closets, not to mention the foul smell, the kitchen products are expired, and there was no hot water upon our arrival (we had to take a cold shower).Additionally, this is not the accommodation I originally booked. « Stayed just one night. Easy to access, space is great for two families with some teenagers! The host even provided some snacks and there was coffee, creamer and sugar available for next morning. Host was super responsive and helpful. »

Customer service was also not helpful and didn’t call me back. Thankfully I did get refunded but had to scramble to find something as an alternative day of which is always a more pricey endeavor.
