« The elevator was out our entire trip. My 91 year old father had to take the stairs up and down to and from the room. This limited his ability to fully enjoy our trip because he avoided going on most of our outings. At least the front desk was able to move our room one flight down. »

« The room was more than sufficient for my 12-day stay. The bed was comfortable, the sofa was comfortable for TV viewing and working on the laptop, and the kitchen was well-appointed for use by one person.
