$50 per dog

Dogs must be crated in the provided kennel if left alone in the home.

Please plan ahead for cold temperatures and ensure your pets are comfortable and supervised during your stay.

GOOD TO KNOW

Driveway accommodates approximately 4–5 vehicles.

AWD/4WD is recommended from December through March due to possible winter weather and mountain road conditions.

Snow and ice may affect road access, so check the forecast before traveling.

Hot tub is swimwear only.

Hot tub test strips are provided.

Please bag trash and place it in the bins by the driveway. We share the mountain with bears!

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

This home is professionally managed by The Ridge Collection. After booking, the guest must complete two quick online items within 48 hours of booking or before check-in, whichever comes first: our Rental Reservation Agreement and our House Rules & Guest Policies.

Both documents are signed online and take approximately five minutes to complete. The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the stay.

Reservations may be canceled if these requirements are not completed within the required timeframe. We will send the links as soon as you book.
Hot tub: Make sure to test the hot tub with the provided tester strips before getting in the hot tub. Also, swimwear is only allowed in the hot tub, NO normal clothes because they will ruin the water.

Trash: Please place all trash in the provided trash bags, and place the trash bags in the trash bins near the driveway. Do not put loose trash in the trash cans.

Pets: 2 dogs max, you must supervise the dogs at all times, you have to put the dogs in the provided kennel when leaving your dogs at the house.

Please do not unplug any of the electronics(TVs, Xbox, etc).
