You can easily watch the action on the lake from the water’s edge or you can see as far as the eye can go from either level of the house. The views are particularly breathtaking from the upstairs balcony, living area or master bedroom.

Cook up a storm on the BBQ while the kids play in the games room, fully equipped with Pool Table, Ping Pong, Foosball and lots more.

In winter, sit back and watch a storm roll in over the water or take a drive to Mt Buller for skiing, boarding and snowplay.
You can easily unwind in front of the fireplace with a glass of local wine or watch a movie on the large screen TV.
Upstairs TV has Foxtel.
Downstairs TV has free to air TV and Chromecast.

Dawn Cove is ideal for enjoying a good book or roasting marshmallows by the fire. Watch the wildlife that frequent the property, relax and enjoy the natural peace and watch the sunsets from the verandah and stargaze into the clearest of night skies.
For your enjoyment, feel free to use the pool noodles, canoes or non-motorised boat with lifejackets that are all downstairs. Fishing rods are also there to use if the lake is calling you and want to throw a line in.
