Backofen, Gefrierfach, Böden, Dusch, Oberflächen und das Geschirr waren zum Teil sehr ungepflegt und unappetitlich. "Excellent séjour ! Tout a été parfait du début à la fin. L’hôtel est très propre, les chambres sont confortables et bien entretenues, et le service est irréprochable. La nourriture était également très bonne et de qualité. Un grand merci à l’ensemble du personnel pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur professionnalisme. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis très bien accueillis pendant tout notre séjour. Une très belle expérience, je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !"
