Property improvements are scheduled from June 15 through October 31, 2026, including landscaping enhancements, fence repairs, tree planting, and other beautification projects. The most significant impact will be from the walkway resurfacing project, which involves sanding, grinding, and epoxy coating of walkways throughout the building. Guests should expect elevated noise levels and construction activity during working hours, with the walkway work potentially affecting the entire building. We appreciate your patience as these improvements are completed.

Welcome to your spacious coastal retreat at Bonita Beach & Tennis Club. This fifth-floor condo in Building 2 faces northwest and offers a partial view of the Gulf along with peaceful evening light. The screened balcony is a relaxing spot to enjoy the coastal breeze and the soft colors of the sky. The beach is just a five-minute walk from the building, with cafés, waterfront restaurants, and local shops all close by.



Inside, the condo is clean, comfortable, and well suited for families or groups. It features two full beds and a sleeper sofa, allowing the unit to accommodate up to six guests. The space also includes a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable and streaming capabilities. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided for your stay.



A starter set of essentials is included upon arrival. Guests will find small amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. For safety and hygiene reasons, consumable items are not replenished during the stay, and we do not provide food items, spices, oils, coffee, or other perishable products. Guests may purchase any additional supplies they need.



The community currently offers two heated pools and pickleball courts for guest use. Other amenities around the property remain under construction. Parking is free and open, and self check-in is simple with a personal door code provided prior to arrival.

With its partial Gulf view, comfortable sleeping layout, and convenient location near the beach, this condo provides an easy and enjoyable home base for your Southwest Florida getaway.



Unit Summary:

Unit is provided with all living essentials. Beach Towels, chairs, bath towels, linens, kitchen supplies, etc.

This unit is on the 5th floor of building 2 which is the second tower closest to the water. This unit looks over the Gulf of Mexico and the bay.

This unit is self check in. You will be given a door code for entry in your email or inbox.

There is an elevator in this building.

Beach access is right across the street.

Parking is FREE with a pass from the office.

This unit has two full beds and a queen sleeper sofa.

No Smoking allowed at any time.

Not included: beach umbrella, refill paper products and any consumable items.
