Located in Building 1, the closest tower to beach access, this warm and welcoming studio is the ideal home base for a group of up to 4 who love the sun, sand, and Gulf Coast lifestyle.



On-site amenities include two pickleball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations).



Property Update: Walkway and stairwell renovations in Buildings 1, 2, and 3 are now complete. Buildings 4 and 5 are still being upgraded — thank you for your patience during this time.



THE SPACE



From the moment you walk in, this studio feels like a true home away from home — thoughtfully furnished and genuinely inviting, with a layout designed for comfort and relaxation.



The living area is anchored by large-scale, plush seating — a sofa and two reclining chairs — the kind of setup you actually want to sink into after a long beach day. A TV with cable rounds out the space, and the full glass sliding doors open wide onto the screened 5th floor balcony, where that straight-on Gulf view steals the show. Watch the waves shimmer by day and the sky ignite at sunset every single evening.



The sleeping area features two queen beds, each made up with fresh linens for your arrival. A ceiling fan keeps things cool and comfortable, and a spacious walk-in closet gives everyone room to unpack and settle in properly.



The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, with bath and beach towels included for your stay.



The fully equipped kitchen has full-size appliances and everything you need for easy meals in — cookware, dinnerware, and small appliances all provided.
