The Space:

Welcome to the perfect beach getaway at Bonita Breeze, a cozy studio condo offering a comfortable space to relax and enjoy your time in Bonita Springs. This exceptional property in Bldg #2 offers breathtaking views of the Gulf, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets right from your screened lanai.







This unit features a BeautyRest king size bed, Lazy Boy electric recliners, a 50" 4K TV, a full kitchen and a private balcony with outdoor seating giving you room to unwind indoors or enjoy some fresh air outdoors. Just a short five-minute walk brings you to the pristine sands and crystal clear waters of Bonita Beach. Nearby restaurants are within walking distance as well and offer a variety of options for a quick lunch or a waterfront dining experience.



The full kitchen includes essential appliances and cookware for preparing meals, while the eat in kitchen area provides a convenient spot to enjoy breakfast or a relaxed meal. This unit contains Air conditioning, heating, wireless internet, cable TV, and ceiling fans to add comfort throughout your stay.



When you are not soaking up the sun on the beach or in the pool, enjoy family-friendly activities such as fishing, boating, waverunners, parasailing or a trip to Barefoot Beach Park Preserve which offers an unspoiled 6 mile coastline and natural vegetation to enjoy.





Guests can also enjoy access to the shared and remodeled outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, offering a refreshing way to start or end a memorable SW Florida day. Elevators are available in the building, and parking is provided for one vehicle.



Bonita Breeze is a 5 minute walk to the beach and ocean, with cycling, fishing, shopping, water parks, and other local activities available in the surrounding area. Parking is strictly enforced and a parking pass is required which can be obtained at the main office in building #3.

-Construction Disclaimer: Ongoing renovations continue in response to the impact of Hurricane Ian. There may be construction noise during normal business hours to repair the damage and contractors are often present. Please note the following when planning a visit: Construction materials will most likely still be on site, but are neatly kept in one location.

-Please know that upon check-in, you must obtain a parking pass for your vehicle at the office on-site. Please see your Need to Know notes in your confirmation email for details.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the studio, including the kitchen, living space, bathroom, and balcony. Shared property amenities include the outdoor swimming pool. An elevator is available in the building, and parking is provided in the parking lot for one vehicle.
