With a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a powered recliner for serious post-beach relaxation, a full dishwasher, and a screened balcony made for morning coffee and evening cocktails — this studio is a genuinely comfortable home base for up to 4 guests.



Building 4 sits in a quieter corner of the five-tower complex, offering a more relaxed, residential feel while keeping the beach, community pools, and all the area's best restaurants well within easy reach.



THE SPACE



This 500+ sq ft open-concept studio flows naturally from the kitchen through the dining and living areas and into the sleeping space, with a screened 5th floor balcony rounding out the layout.



The living area is thoughtfully furnished for maximum comfort — a queen sleeper sofa, a powered recliner, and a TV with cable, with the balcony just through the full glass sliding doors. Two seats, Gulf breezes, and a front-row view for every sunset: that's what the balcony delivers.



The sleeping area features a king-size bed with provided linens and a ceiling fan for added comfort, with a spacious walk-in closet to keep everything organized throughout the stay.



The bathroom offers a walk-in shower and an extended vanity counter — clean, practical, and well above the standard studio.



The fully equipped kitchen is one of the more complete in the complex for a Building 4 unit — refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, a drip-style coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, and small appliances, with a dining table seating up to 4.

Bonita Beach & Tennis Club sits directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach, where wave runners, paddleboarding, and kayaking are all within easy reach. Doc's Beach House, Coconut Jack's, and The Fish House are among the beloved local restaurants just steps away.



On-site, guests enjoy two pickleball courts (tennis courts are temporarily closed during ongoing renovations). Please note that some restoration work on buildings, grounds, sidewalks, and atriums is continuing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.
