Dimora Bentivoglio is a distinctive four-bedroom home in an exceptional location, just steps from Piazza Maggiore and Bologna’s most celebrated landmarks.



The interiors have an eclectic, bohemian and subtly dandy character. Furniture, paintings, fabrics and decorative objects from different periods and styles have been brought together to create a layered, lived-in home with a strong personality. This is not a minimalist or contemporary property: each room has its own individual atmosphere and tells a different part of the house’s story.



The property has four bedrooms. Two are suites with their own private en-suite bathrooms, while the other bedrooms use the additional bathrooms available in the home. This layout works particularly well for families or groups of friends who wish to stay together while retaining a degree of privacy.



The spacious living room is the heart of the home: a welcoming setting filled with art, books, furniture and original details, where guests can relax and spend time together after exploring the city.



The property also has a kitchenette suitable for preparing breakfast, drinks, snacks and simple meals. It is not a fully equipped kitchen and is not designed for elaborate cooking or for preparing large meals for a group.

Getting Around:

The property is located in Bologna’s historic centre, just steps from Piazza Maggiore. The main attractions, restaurants, cafés and shops can all be reached easily on foot, making a car unnecessary during your stay.

Bologna Centrale railway station can be reached on foot, by public transport or by taxi. The Marconi Express connects Bologna Airport with the central railway station.

The property is located within Bologna’s restricted traffic zone (ZTL). Guests arriving by car can use one of the paid garages in the historic centre, such as Everyday Petroni. We recommend contacting the garage in advance to confirm availability, access instructions and registration of the vehicle’s licence plate.

Please note that the property has a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen. It is suitable for breakfast, snacks and simple meals, but not for elaborate cooking or for preparing large meals for several guests.
