« Var lite långt ifrån staden och havet. Hotellet var annars fint. Nakdel är att man behöver tuk-tuk. »

« The property wasn’t ideal because the reception are had no air conditioning so there were mosquitoes bitten while sitting there. The room wasn’t ready on arrival at 2.30 pm. Some items were missing for the third person. the room was ready for a couple as though it meant to be triple. »

« the best yoga retreat ever. Loved the discipline and the staff. Just difficult because felt hungry »

« Our family s(7 adults, 2 children) stayed in this spacious villa for 3 nights. Rooms were clean but not the kitchen. Next day when we needed to iron , there was a problem with the outlet. The host took care of the problem providing an extension cord. Host seemed very friendly, thinking about comforts of guests. Communicated well. There were few problems. Both sharing bath rooms couldn’t be locked. We were okay because all rooms were occupied by our family. This villa can be improved with a...

« Great place! People should def try this if they are in colombo! »

« Room was spacious, but showers had very little pressure and hard to regulate temperature. We did not see the host during our stay and took over a day to reply to my email. »

« My wife & i stayed at Tara Gardens for 16 nights. The villa was so peaceful & tranquill. The grounds were a joy to walk around, we would listen to birdsong in the morning & watch families of monkeys passing through in the afternoon. The pool was a great size & cleaned every morning. The staff were amazing, seeing to our every need. Chami would take us out any time of day in the tuk tuk & Pradeep would see to our evening meals on our return. The gardener & his wife would suprise us with a fresh...

« We checked in smoothly with a friendly reception team. The first night started on a rough note. The Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect for about 3.5 hours. The TV remote issue was addressed after 4.5 hours when the owner sent a replacement via courier, noting previous tenants may have taken it. Black mould was found in one bathroom, and while the owner offered maintenance for the next day, we declined for safety reasons due to chemical exposure and black mould spread to belongings. He was cooperative and...
