- Master bedroom features a California King Size Bed, walk-in closet, TV, and spa tub.
- Second bedroom features King bed, closet, and TV
-Third bedroom has a bunk bed and a twin of full bunk for a whole family or all the kids!
-Remove the pillows from the couch and throw the provided linens on them and you can sleep another person in the living room. (We come from a large family and are always happy to squeeze another person in.)

- Secure parking for two cars in the garage and two cars in the driveway. This is a corner lot with TONS of off street parking, only no parking between 9am-2pm Mon-Fri. This is due to the school behind the neighborhood, it’s loosely enforced but you can incur a ticket.
- TV in living room, Master bedroom and the second bedroom.

What you should know:

This home is a skip and a hop away from us and we take pride in providing our guests a comfortable experience in a well cared for space. Do not hesitate to ask us if you need anything.
Our house comfortably sleeps 9 with 1 Cal King size bed in the master bedroom, 1 King size bed, and two bunks beds one oer a full size bed. Additionally, remove the back cushions from the large sofa and you have yourself another super cozy spot for sleeping.

- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

-The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Fully equipped with glasses, mugs, dishes, cutlery, mixing bowls, pots, pans, cookie sheets, cutting board, measuring cups & teaspoons, and some basic serving and cooking utensils.
-Dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent are available for your use.

You'll have access to this entire 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with two living rooms, dining room and fully equipped kitchen!
Other things to note
There is a keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
