This older, renovated home worked really well for our family as we gathered from multiple states to join together. The extra oven and refrigerator downstairs was very convenient and house was well stocked with cooking supplies. We enjoyed our stay & plan to come again.

In town for our wedding. Photographer had plenty of space for pre wedding glam photos, owner was very accomodating with extra people in the house for pre wedding misc. Set up nice, exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds. Great outdoor space. Decorated nicely and kitchen stocked well!

Beautiful Home in Boise

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Boise. Great location and in walking distance to a beautiful park and stores. The house had all the amenities a person could ask for. Beautiful kitchen with a view of the deck and back yard. Great game room and workout equipment. Our TV went out in the living room and the owner came and replaced it within 1.5 hours. We spent 11 days and everyone had an amazing time and I’d come back again.

Great house for families,

We had 4 generations and everyone loved it. It had the best equipped kitchen I have seen in any rental property. My grandkids loved the toy box. Be forewarned that the beds on the ground floor are all very high, my 83 year old mom had trouble getting in the bed.

The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Clean and very nice furniture. Perfect for families with children. Our kids were so entertained with all the fun games & movies, especially the WII. And the perfect outdoor patio to sit and spend time with the family. Definitely would stay again and recommend to others :)

The house was incredibly clean and beautiful. There were small details that are incredible, such as makeup wipes and hangers. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and outdoor seating. It is an older home, so the original floors were very noisy. The floors were beautiful and original, so the noise was a very minor inconvenience. I do wish there were more extra blankets for the couch and chairs, and the couch was white leather and not comfortable. These were very very minor things, and I would very much stay here again with no changes. The host was absolutely incredible, very responsive and generous. The yard is big with beautiful soft grass and a fire pit. The neighborhood was quiet except for a neighbor doing some major outdoor home improvement that I’m sure will not last forever. Absolutely wonderful stay!

Perfect 2 Family Rental

This home was the perfect size and layout for our two families. Centrally located between our activities in Downtown Boise & Meridian. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies and plenty of towels. Lots of space for the kids to play and hang out. The downstairs bedroom could use a new bed. It was really uncomfortable. We would stay here again if we make it back to Boise.

Last minute booking- MUST STAY HERE!

I used to live in Boise so all my friends and family are still there. I decided last minute to fly in and I booked this property. It is centrally located to everything so it was perfect for me. My parents, and family could stop by. The place was absolutely SPOTLESS which is a HUGE deal for me. The backyard is so nice and relaxing. The garage is cool with the air hockey and weights. The basement hosts an entire separate house basically. This home is an incredible value if you have a large family or 2 parties traveling together. I highly recommend staying here. The property manager is amazing. So responsive to my stupid questions. FYI garbage bins are in the alley :) Thank you Shaun for sharing your spot with me. I have already recommended your place to some of my clients here in Phoenix and family in other states.

House was exactly as described and very comfortable. Lots of space to spread out as well as lots of room to hang out together. Shaun was very easy to work with about early arrival. Wedding weekend

This home had everything we needed. One thing we would have appreciated knowing was that one of the downstairs bedrooms is not private. People in the other bedroom downstairs have to walk through the room with the bunks. It was close to everything and we had a great time. The host was very accessible.

Awesome place to stay!

This how was amazing, very accommodating for multiple or large families or even smaller group. There are 2 full kitchens one upstairs on main floor and one down stairs. There is also a living room down stairs. We locked ourselves out and the owner was there within 15 minutes...and he was very nice. Would definitely stay there again.
