What some guests may not like about our listing:
- All of the bedrooms are upstairs, so it isnt very wheelchair/disabled friendly unless you want to sleep on the couch.

Our house comfortably sleeps 8 with 3 queen beds, and a fold out couch in the living room. The home occupancy permits 7 people. House is professionally cleaned between every stay.

Complimentary WiFi, live TV and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

You will have access to the entire place during your stay!

We live about 25 minutes away from the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.

*Cancellations* Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.

Home was as described with a nice area to gather and hangout with a big couch. The deck off the back is quaint and bedrooms were roomy and supplied with extra blankets. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend the home to others.

Good: clean, neatly redone and decorated, kitchen well equipped, gaited off-street parking, beds comfortable, linens clean.Bad: it is on a busy road that has loud traffic at any time of day or night. Business across street starts loading trucks at 4-5:30 AM during week. They are loud. Neighborhood on fringe and not the nicest.Value is not there given the negatives.

The property listing is not accurate. The listing states 2 bathrooms when it is actually 1.5 baths as there is only one shower. Also, the home is not in the heart of the downtown. It is on the furthers edge at best. One bedroom has a frost glass door with no blinds and the street light shines brightly throughout the room at night. The home was updated, clean and comfortable and the manager communicated well. We had a small issue when trying the access the unit, that was quickly resolved.

We had a lovely stay with our family. Very walkable to the Jaialdi events in downtown Boise (if you like to walk, which we very much do). This gave a lot of flexibility for our group to do their own thing in town and then walk back. Lots of room and great amenities for our family group.

Everything was as expected and the location was within walking distance of everything we needed and the on street parking was plentiful. House was clean, the beds and couches were comfortable and the TV was big. Super nice stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect retreat for our weekend getaway.Checking in was a breeze—the front door code made entry simple, and we really appreciated the gated parking in the back for added convenience and security.The host was outstanding—extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring everything was perfect for us.The location couldn’t have been better for our plans! We enjoyed two wonderful dinners and attended a show at the Morrison Center, all within easy reach of the property.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable, and well-located stay!

The property was a great place for friends to get together. Onboarding information to get into the place was easy to access and hosts were friendly and just a text message away. Everyone had their own room, the bathrooms were clean and had plenty of amenities. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook a meal and clean up. Living room had tech and plenty of comfortable seating to hang out. We loved being close to the best places in town. Would definitely stay again

New within old on the cooler end of downtown

2 bathrooms, but just 1 shower. Other than that, you could easily accomodate 3 couples and a kid or 2 here. Parking was right out front or covered in back. Nice linens and everything in here is brand new so no issues at all. Walking distance to several nice eateries. Downtown is minutes away. Neighborhood is quiet for being downtown. Trucks and traffic will be heard but no barking dogs or meth heads and it was nice to see kids riding their bikes around. Definitely a great value, compared to the other 3 places i stayed over the course of this trip.
