JURIJANA is a modern, spacious and comfortable apartment in a new house.

It is ideally located on the doorstep of the Julian Alps (Triglav National Park), only 6 km from Bohinj and 20 km from Bled.

Conveniently close to the popular tourist attractions, yet still remote enough to offer more peace for rest. Excellent starting point for excursions and visits to the natural treasures in the surrounding area - on foot, by bike, on horseback, on skis, or simply by car.

The space
The apartment extends over 3 floors and has access to a garden terrace with a grill space. A combination of traditional rural architecture with aesthetically modern decorative elements gives the apartment a unique charm.

Fast 100/10 Mbps internet, free and unlimited Wi-Fi offers excellent internet access for business and leisure.


Outside
The grass-covered garden terrace in front of the apartment is the perfect place to relax on the sun loungers, play with the children or barbecue. All barbecue equipment and accessories are readily available, as are the herbs from the garden beds.

Private on-site parking is provided free of charge.

Guest can charge their electric bikes on the property.


Ground level
The highlights of this apartment are the whirlpool and sauna on the ground floor. The whirlpool is available upon request and for an additional fee.

There is also a wardrobe and a ski storage room.


1st FLOOR
The open space on the first floor comprises a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a dining area. There is also a utility room and a bathroom with toilet.

The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and TV. The table is large enough for meals or work. A high chair is available to increase the safety of small children.

Full height windows and a balcony along the living room offer a panoramic view of the village and the Julian Alps.

The fully-fitted kitchen incorporates a complete range of integrated appliances including a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a hob, and an extractor fan. The kitchen also offers plenty of crockery, cutlery, and glassware, as well as cooking utensils, pots, and pans.


2nd FLOOR
In the loft there are two double bedrooms, two bedrooms with single and additional auxiliary beds, and a bathroom with a toilet. The sleeping arrangement is ideal for 6 (optionally up to 8) persons. Two-sided mattresses offer year-round comfort and are suitable for both cooler and warmer seasons. The rooms are supplied with bed linen and towels. Please note that the stairs do not have child safety gates, and there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms. The bathroom is equipped with a washer and a dryer.
