Stylish 35 sqm one-bedroom loft in Chapinero, Bogota, off Carrera Once. Laid out as one open space. Accommodates up to two guests, in a queen bed. Full kitchen: stove, refrigerator and microwave, heating, a washer, a dryer, and Wi-Fi. In the building: lift access, a doorman and a gym.



Minimum stay: 31 nights. Due to building regulations, reservations cannot be shortened once confirmed. No pets. Parking for small and mid-size cars only.



The Space:

There is one bathroom.



There are fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, iron, and room-darkening shades in the bedroom.



In the kitchen: stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, tableware and wine glasses. The apartment has a washer and a dryer.



In the bathroom: towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel and hot water. Heating throughout the apartment.



Guest Access:

The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.



The Neighborhood:

Chicó is one of Bogotá's established residential districts: low buildings, embassies and houses with gardens, next to the part of the city with most of its dining and nightlife.



In the neighborhood:

Parque de la 93: a square surrounded by restaurants and bars, and the site of open-air concerts.

Zona Rosa: the dining, shopping and nightlife area, with the Andino and El Retiro centres.

Transport can be arranged through us for any trip during your stay, at a rate confirmed in advance. Message us before your arrival.

In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:

Parking: The building uses a hydraulic lift parking system, so it only fits small and mid-size cars. SUVs, pickups and large vehicles can’t be accommodated.
