Enchanting 31 sqm one-bedroom loft in Chico Norte, Bogota, around El Nogal. A single open space, living and sleeping areas together. Accommodates up to two guests, in a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, with stove, refrigerator and microwave, a dryer, and Wi-Fi. The building offers lift access, a doorman and a gym.



The Space:

It has one bathroom.



The bedroom has fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, iron, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage.



The full kitchen has stove, refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. It also has a dryer. For working there is a workspace and desk.



The bathroom has towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hot water.



Guest Access:

The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.



The Neighborhood:

Chicó is one of Bogotá's established residential districts: low buildings, embassies and houses with gardens, next to the part of the city with most of its dining and nightlife.



In the neighborhood:

Parque de la 93: a square surrounded by restaurants and bars, and the site of open-air concerts.

Zona Rosa: the dining, shopping and nightlife area, with the Andino and El Retiro centres.



Also in the area: Atlantis Plaza, Monserrate Hill and Gold Museum.



Getting Around:

Transport can be arranged through us for any trip during your stay, at a rate confirmed in advance. Message us before your arrival.

In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:

- Names of each guest

- ID number of each guest (Passport#, Drivers License#, etc.)

- Estimated time of arrival

- For security reasons and compliance with accommodation regulations, we kindly request that, prior to your arrival, you send us a clear photograph of the identity document (ID card or passport) of each guest who will be staying at the property

Currently, other apartments in the building are undergoing renovations that are outside of my management, between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., so you may hear some noise during the day.
