The space
The room is located on the second floor of the house and includes everything shown in the pictures:

A double bed, two nightstands, two table lamps, a closet with hangers, a Smart TV, a working space, a private bathroom, and a private terrace with a table, two chairs, and a sun umbrella.
Guest access
A key and access code are delivered during Check-In.
All guests have access to the kitchen and dining area, as well as the laundry room. Every room is private.
Other things to note
For stays of 15 days or longer, a weekly room cleaning service is included.
