You are welcome to receive visitors. However, any guest not included in the original reservation who stays overnight will incur an immediate additional charge.

A special rate applies for photo shoots or filming. Please contact us in advance if you plan to carry out any of these activities. Doing so without prior authorization may result in a fine.

In accordance with building management policies and for everyone’s safety, all visitors must be authorized with their full name and ID number via this Airbnb chat, Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. Outside of these hours, visitor access will not be allowed.

Please note that all visitors must leave the apartment before 10:00 p.m. If a visitor remains after this time, an automatic charge of $30.96 USD per person will apply.

Guests are fully responsible for the entry and behavior of their visitors. Visitors must be accompanied by the guest when exiting the building—otherwise, they will not be allowed to leave.
