The space
Located on the third floor, our apartment offers a comfortable and spacious living-dining area, complete with a sofa bed that can accommodate two guests. Plus, you'll find a generously sized kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals using fresh ingredients from the local neighborhood mini-market.

The accommodation has two bedrooms:

The first bedroom has two single beds that can be combined to create a queen size bed (160 cm), along with a private en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom also includes two twin beds, which can be joined together to form another queen-size bed. The bathroom for this room is shared with the common areas of the apartment.
Our fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious dishes during your stay. It is an ideal space for guests who appreciate the convenience of cooking their own meals while enjoying the local flavors of the neighborhood.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator, so you will need to use the stairs to reach the third floor.
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, which also features two separate entrances. Located on the third floor, it offers a beautiful view of the park and the city. On the next level, you'll find a spacious terrace designated as a common area, where you can sunbathe, exercise, or enjoy the sunset.
