The well-equipped kitchen area features a two-ring electric hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, cafetière, and toaster. A breakfast bar with high stools provides a comfortable spot for dining.

The kitchen flows seamlessly into the spacious sitting area, furnished with large, comfortable sofas, ideal for curling up and enjoying your favourite programmes on the Smart TV. French doors overlook the sunny courtyard garden, which offers outdoor seating for up to four guests.

The bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a double bed and hanging space for clothing. An iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.

For a great day out you can easily reach Portsmouth Historic Dockyard or The Weald and Downland, home of BBC's The Repair Shop, both places are great fun for any age group. There is outlet shopping, cinema complex and bowling at GunWharf Quays which you can easily reach by car from Middleton on Sea. For something a little different you can book seal watching boat trips from Hayling Island or hire kayaks Bognor sea front.

Access to the races and Goodwood Motor Circuit is really easy from Elmer making White Rose Lodge the perfect location for when you are attending The Festival of Speed, Glorious Goodwood or The Revival.
