« The staff is great and the location was perfect for its proximity to Lackland AFB. However the elevator was constantly OOC and the breakfast was meager and did not open until 530am but their staff told us that we should leave the hotel no later than 540am to make our son's graduation from BMT. The facility is tired and the room very average. The air conditioning controls were unavailable and we froze to the point we had to request additional bedding. If not for its location I would not recommend...

« Très bien hotel juste un peu loin du centre ville »

« Très satisfait du séjour ne général. La disponibilité de la navette de l'hôtel pour avoir l'accès au Market Square et à la river walk est très utile et les chauffeurs très courtois. Il serait important d'avoir un taxi désigné pour les retours tôt à l'aéroport car celui que nous avons eu était une épave et un chauffeur dangereux. très satisfait du séjour nous le recommandons fortement. »
