« the room and the wash room was clean and devoid of any musty smell. the rooms were well furnished. Just one draw back though... the buffet breakfast starts at 07:30 and the food items weren't all placed on the table. This is one area that needs improvement. »

« staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly...and curious about us. We booked the largest room in the hotel (#303). This may have been a bad decision. Perhaps it was too far from the Wi-Fi router, but hotel Wi-Fi was mostly unusable. The TV is very far from the bed (the best place to sit and watch it). « Hotel diamond crest watch not too bad. Seems to be one of the newer establishments, the staffs were nice. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because of their bathrooms. The bathrooms were about 1 feet higher than the room and you have to be really strong to go to the bathroom. »

« I would NOT recommend this hotel, the staff is very friendly but looked under pressure to follow certain things rather than providing good customer service. 1. it is on exhibition road where you may get stuck in traffic at certain times so if you are trying to catch a flight, it is very in predictable. 2. My family living in patna in order to visit us was asked for their ID and also told that they cannot give outside food - later they had me sign a waiver form - you cannot even do swiggy or...
