Cozy RV Studio in East Boca Raton

Enjoy an affordable but comfortable stay in our charming RV located in one of the safest cities in Florida - Boca Raton. Good only for 1 person! No pet/s and kids allowed. Strict rule! 2 people? Please contact us before booking. We have cameras around the whole property. Please park on one side of the driveway by the Plumeria Tree opposite the RV so others can go through. Don’t block the driveway. There are people who live in the main house.

It is conveniently located — just 1.5 miles to the beach and close to FAU, great restaurants, malls, Pineapple Grove in Delray Beach and supermarkets.

We recently fumigated the RV after the previous guests left to ensure no pests were carried over.

NOTES:

Late check-out is allowed depending if the place is unbooked on the day of your check-out or early check in if the day prior to your check in is available. Late check-out and/or early check-in is subject to additional charge of $10 for up to 2 hours, $15 for 3 hours, $20 for 4 hours. We do get last minute booking on the day so we cannot promise any late check out. We will update you on this. Check-out time (11am) is absolute unless agreed by the hosts as per the terms and conditions above. Refusal to leave is a breach of contract. We will remove your belongings and move to a safe location until you retrieve them within 24 hours. Removal of your belongings will be subject to extra charge (removal fees) of $100. Please be responsible and respectful guests as there are other guests who would like to check-in on time.

“Innkeeper Agreement”
By booking our RV, you are e-signing this Innkeeper Agreement and agreeing to the terms below. All payments must be made through Vrbo before check-in.
This agreement covers short-term stays and defines the relationship as a guest-host arrangement, not a landlord-tenant relationship. The stay is temporary and for lodging purposes only, and the guest’s primary residence remains elsewhere. This agreement also clarifies that the host retains the right to remove a guest for issues such as non-payment, rule violations, or misconduct. These terms are designed to protect both the guest and the host and to clearly outline responsibilities and procedures during the stay.
Guests agree to follow the house rules: no smoking inside the RV, no parties or loud noise, and no pets unless approved by the host. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Guests are expected to keep the RV clean and to report any damages or issues promptly. Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during the stay. Cancellations and refunds follow Airbnb’s cancellation policy for this listing.
By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Innkeeper Agreement.
