Relax & enjoy pristine harborside water views from this light-filled, well-equipped, newly renovated & furnished condo. Explore the charming village of Boca Grande with it's Old Florida vibe of quaint boutiques, art galleries, restaurants offering up fresh local seafood, fishing/boating excursions and more. The crown jewel of Gasparilla Island though are the unspoiled beaches & crystal clear Gulf waters...truly paradise.
The master bedroom suite includes a King bed with a view of the coastal waters, flat screen smart TV, dresser, closet space and adjoining master bath with tub /shower. Remote controlled room darkening solar shades provide you with whichever light you prefer during your stay. The living room includes a comfortable queen sofa bed and an open floor plan allowing for all to sit comfortably around the dinner table and livingroom and enjoy the water views or watch the evening news on the flat screen smart TV. There's all new kitchen appliances, cabinetry and the kitchen is fully equipped including a kuerig. The condo also has a private washer/dryer.

There is Marina dockage and rental slips at Uncle Henry’s Marina right next door...there you can also schedule or get picked up for fishing excursions. And you will conveniently find Cappy's General Store as you go out the back pedestrian gate...this gate also leads to the golf cart path which extends 7 miles...the entire length of the island.

The property is part of the Boca Grande Club with it's many amenities including it's private beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy beach lounge chairs and umbrellas at the water's edge, pool with complimentary towels, hot tub, tiki bar with poolside drinks and food service, 8 har-tru tennis courts, state-of-the-art fitness facility, and 2 newly renovated restaurants with beach views floor to ceiling. The Club also rents golf carts and bicycles and offers programs such as yoga, water aerobics, tennis lessons and fitness training.

Your reservation will include temporary guest membership at The Boca Grande Club. This membership will cover the booking guest and a spouse/partner & kids under the age of 21. If you have additional guests, you will be responsible for those guest fees ($75/day/guests over age 21.)
The guest making the reservation will need to complete a separate Boca Grande Club Registration form. This will be e-mailed to you after the reservation is made. If it is not completed, you will not be able to come through the main gate.
While at the Club office you can also receive recommendations on restaurants, shopping, fishing & boating excursions and other activities.

Check in was a breeze and the condo was spacious, clean and well stocked with all the necessities! Harold and Gail were very gracious and always available for questions. The view of the sun rising in the harbor was breathtaking. Boca Grande far exceeded my expectations and the staff at Boca Grande Club were amazing. Food on the Island-Top notch. Perfect Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo in Boca Grande! The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect as we brought our boat and it was only a short walk down to the dock at the marina. It was a quick drive into Boca Grande for lunch and dinner too! We were grateful for the care the hosts put into their property

Four old, retired friends come together for a beautiful, relaxing getaway!! The amenities at the Boca Grande Club were perfect, from renting bikes to enjoying Pina Colada’s by the pool! Great getaway

The condo is absolutely charming! Beautifully decorated with wonderful views. Each day we saw dolphins, and watching them while laying in bed was a dream! There was plenty of space and all the things we needed to do a little cooking. The resort is AMAZING! The staff, the food, and the amenities were of the highest caliber. We have always discussed a return trip. Do the golf cart! It adds to the island experience.

Perfect spot for a wedding weekend!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were extremely communicative from beginning to end. We were visiting for a wedding at the Boca Grande Club and having visitor access to the amenities at the club was an added bonus! We spent a couple of our afternoons laying out by the pool at the Marina Villages after enjoying lunch over at the Tiki Bar. We would definitely visit again and stay at this spot. Very beautiful condo, great location, and lovely hosts. Thank you!

Boca Grande getaway

Wonderful up to date one bedroom unit with full kitchen. Great view of the marina, with manatees and dolphins. Comfortable king size bed, and attentive hosts! Short drive to the clubhouse, pool, tiki bar, and beach. It is walkable to the clubhouse, and if you prefer to rent a golf cart the paths take you in to the Boca Grande shopping and dining areas as well.

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing stay at Marina Village. I came down with my mom. The Boca Grande Club is amazing and has all the amenities we wanted. The pool and pool deck was a great place to hang out and the beach was never crowded. The condo is in great condition, clean, and was perfect for us. We had a beautiful view out the back. Gail was responsive and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Unit in a Great Location

Our family enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and communication with the owner/manager was friendly and prompt. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. and the bedding was comfortable. Great location on the island.
