« Perfect for what we needed. My teen daughter played in a soccer tournament at Sand Mountain Park. Since all the team families live over an hour away and the girls’ games were 7 hours apart, we needed a quiet, clean, place for the girls to all rest and have lunch in between games. « The host was very responsive and gave me all of the details needed for our stay. The house was super clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the unit was in the cutest little town. »

« Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times. »

« Clean. But some issues. Ac wouldn't cool the section of the trailer down at all. No plug for the tub and needs some repairs inside but nothing the owners can't fix easily. Good size parking for truck and boat. Overall decent little place. »
