« Très belle villas, propre et sécuritaire. Parfaite pour une sorti familliale. Rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel. Le restaurant de l'hotel est une peu cher parcontre. Mieux vos sortir, il y a plein de restaurant autour. Je recommande fortement cette établissement nous y retournerons si l'occasion ce représente. »

« Wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious, comfortable, good ratio quality vs price, close to shopping center and sea, nice people, etc... Unfortunately was also close to nightclub with music until 3 am. »

« The location is perfect ..the room is nice with the beddings and pillows it is comfortable to sleep .the thing is our room is right next to their supplies cleaning material room etc. All in all us was a great hotel too.. »

« The room was adequate with a nice view and decent bedding. The shower lacked hot water and water pressure was low. There was a constant hum from some sort of electricity that I could not identify or shut off which made falling asleep difficult. The staff were a little pushy and reminded me multiple times, including a phone call at 11:30a that the checkout time was noon. »

« The hotel is brand new. Some areas are still under construction but the lobby was spotless. We got the most basic room, but it was so well-designed and comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful. Location is excellent, just across the Harborpoint mall, and with a lot of local restaurants within walking distance. Overall, excellent value for money. Will definitely go back on our next Subic trip! »

« Location’s close to SM so it’s very convenient. It’s at the middle of a busy road, so it can feel a little suspicious. Staff are very friendly and accomodating! »

« Lots of trash and debris all over the entire premises. Needs landscaping bad! Uneven walkways and unsafe pavements. Needs a lot of help improving the place. Good location though »

« Perfect location! Literally 2-3 minutes from the two largest mall in the area. Staff is amazing, they are very attentive, kind, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. That certainly made a difference. The hotel has the basic things that you need and is actually cute and cozy. Great AC, hot water, and a restaurant on site. Would definitely stay there again »

« Yes there is mold all over the bathroom, the sink around the faucet. There is no wash cloth. The sheets had stained. And the room smells. The first room we had the AC is not working so we had to moved on our 2nd day to another room. The room had cocoroches all over the room. We got sick cuz of the mold. »

« The room smelt of tobacco at first , gradually replaced with the smell of sewer. There was no toilet tissue. The included coffee and pastries was not available. The bed was very hard even for Asian standards. The location is good The rate is fair »

« Terrible, terrible place. If there were a zero-star option, this place would deserve it. I only booked this hotel because it was the closest one to the race venue. Aside from being very old and run-down, they set up a live band that played past midnight. When I complained about the noise, they promised to keep it down, but that didn’t happen. The music could be heard up to 300 meters away from the hotel — even more so inside the rooms. I had to book a different hotel despite already paying...
