« The owner was very intense. She first asked us the day before if she could just make up 2 of the 5 rooms for our 5 people. I politely declined and stated that we needed at least 3 rooms. Then she wanted us to show up at 2pm because she had other things to do. We were unable to arrive until at least 3pm that day but she wanted to be there. We got the check in instructions the day before where she informed us that we have to pay extra for electricity. She gives the first 20 kilowatts per day...

« Nice house wrong area. The house is pretty but it's in a rough and bad neighborhood. You have homeless drugged ppl digging through the trash right next to the entrance of the home, a lot of thugs hanging outside of the house. Management stated it wasn't safe to leave the car outside of the home because it'd get vandalized or broken into and they didn't offer parking. « Great little house, breeze throughout. The location is very convenient for Granada. The check-in and out process was easy. The cost for what you get was great. The only thing that takes away a star is unrelated to anything the owners can do. It sits right over a small stream that has a lot of garbage and a strong odor. The front of the house and by the indoor courtyard was fine, but it was hard to get used to the smell in the kitchen. »
