The property was lovely and well laid out. We saw deer drinking from the pond and and enjoyed nice fires at the fire pit. The cabin was clean and comfortable. We have stayed at a few cabins and this one is at the top of my list. It was clear that the owners put a lot of thought into the accomodations and making you feel welcome. The delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies on the table were a most welcome surprise. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay very much. It is a great place to get away to relax and unenjoy some much needed peach and quiet. I would highly recommend a stay at Whispering Oaks.

A small converted barn that feels like what it says on the tin. A cozy cabin surrounded by trees. There was a lovely pond on the property and a loft above the kitchen. I loved the trees surrounding the property it offered a lot of privacy. Communication with the owner was fast and effective. The instant check in was great. The only problem was that I wasn't provided with the door code by Expedia, so I had to ask the owner before I could get in. He responded quickly and we had a wonderful time. I will absolutely be coming back when time allows.

Delightful spot hidden away

We loved hanging out by the pond and took our dogs for a great walk where we all had a fantastic time. It's cozy here and very peaceful. Wonderful family bonding time.

Peace Cabin with privacy

Our stay was wonderful. It was the perfect little cabin in the woods, very peaceful, quiet, and relaxing with lots of privacy. Glendon was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Will definitely stay at in the future.

Very clean and everything you would need. Close to towns and small family cafes to eat. Yet off the road enough it was very private and felt like camping but in a tiny house. Loved it.

Wonderful Cabin in the woods!

We loved our stay at the cozy cabin! Our teenage daughter was excited to have some of her own space in the loft. Came for the eclipse and were so delighted with the beautiful setting of this property.

Good little spot for a private getaway

We enjoyed our stay, although the pest control people came and knocked on the door in the morning and there were cockroachs in the coffee maker, as well as mice in the outside storage box. Otherwise, perfect for a private getaway!
