Guests will also have access to make reservations at Canoe Club & Cole's based on availability. ***Black out dates for Pool/Fitness Center/Canoe Club Restaurant and Cole's Restaurant Access are as follows: Memorial Day Weekend and the Week of Fourth of July. Welcome to Lakeview Villa! Located in Palmetto Bluff's Wilson Village, this charming and stylish Lowcountry home showcases views of the inland waterway and picturesque bridge. This 4 BR/4.5 BA home sleeps 10 GUESTS, and offers a bright, open-concept design combining living, dining, and kitchen areas. The porches, living area and kitchen area flow seamlessly together for indoor-outdoor living and a relaxing vacation that has porch sitting at the top of the agenda. You'll appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, Sub Zero refrigerator, gas cooktop and oversized center island.

The main house is comprised of three en suite bedrooms with the dreamy primary suite located on the main floor. The primary suite appointed with a KING bed, includes access to a small office, and steps out to a cozy porch to take in the water views. Professionally decorated and appointed with sumptuous, upscale furnishings, draperies and linens Lakeview Villa is recently renovated and showcases luxurious finishes that guarantee you and your guests will stay in a beautifully appointed space. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, one appointed with a QUEEN bed and one with a KING bed and each with its own private ensuite bath. In addition to the main house, Lakeview Villa includes a separate, private carriage house that offers a full bath with dual vanities and walk-in shower, kitchenette, QUEEN bed & loft area with two TWIN beds, it even has it's own private porch to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning.

Tucked between the main house and separate carriage house is a graceful and serene screened porch connecting the two, with comfortable seating and fireplace. A courtyard patio area includes a fire pit for nights spent with a cocktail under the stars. Lakeview Villa includes a gas grill.

With its prime Wilson Village location within Palmetto Bluff, a stay in Lakeview Villa means you're in the hub of activity in The Bluff. So much to do within two blocks including: ice cream shop - MELT; Buffalo's Restaurant; The River House; Hush, S'mores around the fire pit at the River House every night; The Paris Market for gifts and more; RT's Market for groceries, wine and beer and more. The iconic chapel on the May River is two blocks away where you can take in the beautiful May River and marsh views. There's so much to do all within a short walk including a fun treehouse and playground for the children is 6 minutes away. WHAT'S INCLUDED IF I RESERVE YOUR HOME? MORE THAN YOU'D EXPECT!
The $30 Daily Resort fee allows us to register you as our guest with the Palmetto Bluff Club, with this registration you will have access to many of the Palmetto Bluff Community Member Amenities. Registration can be made 30 days in advance of arrival.

Upon arrival you will receive your club registration packet that includes your facility access cards. You will bring these access cards to the facility along with your credit card to gain entry. The charge is $25.00 per person/ per day. If you do not use the facility you will not pay the $25 for that day.
The facilities include:
• Two pools, including the members' Canoe Club Pool (which has a baby pool, children's pool, and large family pool) & Moreland Pool (which has a large family pool, and adults only junior olympic sized lap pool).
• Two state-of-the-art fitness centers: The Canoe Club Fitness Center and the Moreland Fitness Center

With registration we can request tee time, court times, and dining reservations which includes:
• Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club - Tennis, bocce, basketball, and croquet
• Reservation requests for Canoe Club Dining and Cole's Dining.
• May River Golf Course (30 days in advance of play) and the new Crossroads 9 hole course (15 days in advance of play)

For an Additional fee, you (as our guest in Palmetto Bluff) also have access to:
• Customized Concierge Services that includes personalized pre-trip planning tailored to your specific vacation needs.
