Nowhere in the listing does it state what sort of bed there is other than stating that the "bedroom" has a double bed. The "bed" is the sofa, extended. No extra mattress. « Host was engaged and responded to communication without delay. A couple housekeeping issues were identified upon check-in and while the host offered to resolve, I opted to clean myself. Overall the property was well kept. From a value perspective, the quality of furniture did not align with the rental price (would have expected a higher-quality experience) but given my stay was doing 4th of July I am assuming there was a holiday premium that was factored in. »
