Le logement a tout ce qu’il fallait! Smores offerts( pour deux alors que nous étions 4).
Propre. Pas d espace pour les valises dans la cabane pour 4. C’était super chouette , calme .

« We were in Michigan for a special event. Like all places, rates go up significantly for big events. I found this motel. It looked nice and was value priced. It was nice. It was really clean, the location was great for our needs. It was the beginning of the season so were very few people in Douglas. We really enjoyed the area.
The beds were comfy. My only complaint was no maid service. I did not expect any but for 3 nights it would have been nice to have the trash taken out.

« Nous avions réservé 2 nuits et finalement nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule et c'était déjà de trop !
1er problème : nous avions demandé un lit bébé lors de la resa . Lors du checking l'après midi, deux fois demandé pour qu' ils n'oublient pas... Nous sommes rentrés le soir et bingo ! Pas de lit... juste un seul lit bébé pour tout le motel !!!!!
2eme problème : l hotel est tenu par des ados, à l accueil au ménage... la manager est venue le lendemain qu' à 11h
3eme problème : la propreté......

« Room was clean, staff were friendly, waterpark was great! It’s closed during the week, but they will open it for guests. The large slides don’t run during the week, but my boys had a blast having the waterpark to themselves for 2 days! Breakfast was good and the lobby has an excellent seating area! Great location off 94 and near some good restaurants.
Our bathtub wasn’t clean but we just dealt with it since it was a short stay. Otherwise we had an excellent stay. »

« L’accueil a été bon. La chambre était spacieuse et propre par contre on nous a donné la pire chambre de l’hôtel: juste à côté du lobby et de l’espace petit déjeuner et en face de la machine à glaçons. Très très bruyant donc. A minima il faudrait mettre des portes pour fermer l’espace de la machine à glaçons. Et je n’ai pas l’impression que l’hôtel était plein: cette chambre devrait être attribuée en dernier recours. »

« First the elevator was out of order and when we questioned the staff we were told we could cancel our rooms. The hotel was not well kept. My bathroom had chips out of the tub and my friend said hers was so bad she wouldn’t use to shower. The soap at the bathroom sinks was mounted on the wall so high many of us couldn’t even reach.
Very hard to believe this hotel was associated with the Hilton brand. »
