« The host, Jodee, was quick to respond and very helpful. Don't pass this place up! Fully stocked house with: electricity, inside bath, outdoor shower and the land with the stream don't miss this, bring your pole. We absolutely loved it. Very peaceful. »

« Close to Wilkesboro and about 40min from historic Boone and blowing rock. One outlet to charge your phone and electronics which is nice for an unplug getaway. It's a quiet location without traffic noise. Very pleased with the cleanliness. I was a little nervous about the porta potty situation but it was SUPER clean and I was thrilled about that. Everything was great, I would stay here again. »

« The only toilet facilities was a porta potty which smelled and looked like it had not been emptied in months. Shower did not have a way to lock the door of the only shower, to keep others out. We did not have cell phone reception because of the mountains and no way to contact the owner. No one was around to check us in. »

« This was just like the description no flushing toilet. But the sites were nice and big. It's very close to DuPont park so a great place to useas a base camp for hiking and biking in the park »

« We were able to have great communication with the hosts Scott and Lynn, and Scott was there to meet us and give a quick lay of the land. We had a nice spot near the creek basically to ourselves and were able to have a great spot near DuPont and Pisgah bike trails! Definitely would recommend! »

« The yurt was amazing! I’ve been wanting to stay in one ever since seeing yurts on a trip to Montana, and our stay did not disappoint. We had everything we needed, beautiful land to explore, and wonderfully close to WCU. I can’t wait to come back again »

"Hôtel sympa car présence du casino mais chambre vieillissante, propreté moyenne, service de chambre sur demande uniquement... Et lors de notre séjour, 3 jours avec un fin filet d'eau. Pratique pour la douche... Côté restauration, évitez les resto de l'hôtel aux tarifs prohibitifs et au service quelconque (le Gorson Ramsay n'a de GR que... les tarifs. Pour le reste...) Bref, si vous êtes joueur, l'économie réalisée sur la chambre vous permettra de flamber un peu plus :-)"
