We weren't really there for the hot tub and the pool, but I saw a lot of people go in and out of the area. We were there more for the outdoor activities. But everything there was clean and nice. « We found the rental to be mostly clean and as described. Be aware if you travel in the summer that it can still be warm on the mountain, and this unit doesn’t have AC. It was very stuffy for us, even with fans. There is a stale smell, probably from lack of AC. There are several updates that need to be considered by the owner. The bed is very uncomfortable.
